  • Underpaid orders stay open and settle on a top-up.
  • A second observer per chain, for webhooks that never arrive.

How the two run together

  • Your NOWPayments integration is untouched.
  • Rozo appears as one more “More wallets / chains” option.
  • We review your routes first, so no order is credited twice.

Honest limits

  • Paying a NOWPayments invoice through Rozo is not live yet.
  • No Tron at all. That is exactly why you keep NOWPayments.
  • Some routes settle through Rozo, not payer-to-merchant direct.
  • Far outside the tolerance band, our operators step in. No automatic refund.
