BitPayResearch complete · build on demand
Keep BitPay for fiat settlement and compliance. Add Stellar USDC and settlement to your own wallet with Rozo.
Rozo is not a replacement for the gateway you already run. It goes in beside it, for the chains and tokens your current provider does not settle.
Keep it for
- Fiat settlement and the compliance workflow your finance team already relies on.
- The Bitcoin Lightning and Solana coverage you have today — we are not claiming to add either.
- Your existing invoice flow and the reconciliation your accountants already know.
Rozo adds
- Stellar USDC, which BitPay does not settle.
- Settlement to a wallet you control, without waiting on a processor-ledger batch.
- USDT on Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum and Solana, plus USDC on all ten supported chains.
- A published rate card — 0.1% on Rozo routes, 0.3% on NEAR routes — read from the same constants that charge the fee.
- Underpaid orders stay open: a top-up from the customer settles them automatically.
- A second, independent observer on every chain that recovers payments a webhook dropped.
How the two run together
- Your BitPay checkout keeps running. Rozo is added as a second payment option, not a migration.
- Before it goes live we review the routes you need and confirm an order cannot be credited twice across both providers.
- Any future compatibility path has to preserve BitPay invoice creation and verify final status server-side before you fulfil — we would not ship it any other way.
Honest limits
- We are not adding Lightning or Solana coverage that BitPay already gives you.
- BitPay cannot be swapped by changing one endpoint and one secret: its IPN is unsigned and requires re-fetching the invoice, and “paid” is not a terminal fulfilment state.
- Rozo does not support Tron.
- Amounts far outside the published tolerance band are resolved by our operators, and there is no automatic refund back to the payer.
- The BitPay-compatible adapter is researched but not built. Nothing on this page depends on it.
The path we recommend
- 1Keep your current gatewayNothing you already run gets switched off.
- 2Add Rozo as “More wallets / chains”One extra payment option next to your existing checkout, after we review your routes.Recommended first stepPilot review required
- 3Consolidate later with an adapterOnly if the added rail proves demand, and only after contract tests pass.Planned / pilot-dependent
Published rate card: 0.1% on Rozo routes, 0.3% on NEAR routes. The binding number is on every quote and may vary by route.
Stellar-originated transfers settled in a median of 17 seconds across all 452 completed transfers in the 60 days to 24 August 2026, measured from the on-chain ledger close. Other routes vary, and the slow leg is always the destination-chain payout.
We’ll follow up to assess your current provider, the routes you need, and the credit-once safeguards. Never send API keys or webhook secrets.
