Facts
ROZO at a glance
ROZO is a stablecoin payment network. A payer pays with a supported coin on a supported chain, and the recipient receives the stablecoin they asked for on their chain. This page lists what is supported, what it costs and how problems are handled. Updated October 21, 2026.
Coverage
ROZO supports a defined list of chains and tokens, not every chain: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, Solana, Stellar and Hyperliquid (HyperEVM). ROZO Checkout also accepts BTC over Lightning. The live list is always at the supported endpoint.
| Payer sends from | USDC | USDT | Native coin |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ethereum | Yes | Yes | ETH |
| Arbitrum | Yes | Yes | ETH |
| Base | Yes | No | ETH |
| BNB Chain | Yes | Yes | BNB |
| Polygon | Yes | Yes | POL |
| Solana | Yes | Yes | SOL |
| Stellar | Yes | Beta (USDT0) | XLM |
| Hyperliquid | Yes | No | No |
Recipients receive USDC on any of the eight chains and EURC on Base and Stellar. USDT payouts are in private testing. Native coins are accepted on ROZO Checkout; merchants on the Intent API need an invitation to accept them.
Not supported: Tron, on-chain Bitcoin (Lightning only) and fiat bank settlement.

Every quote shows the exact total before you send anything. Nothing is charged for a quote.
Refunds and failed payments
- Payment not arrived or stuck: look it up at rescue.rozo.ai with the transaction hash or deposit address.
- Underpaid, overpaid, sent after the quote expired, or wrong token: email hi@rozo.ai with the transaction hash. We reply within one business day and review each case by hand. Where the funds can be recovered, we complete the payment or refund it. Refunds go to an address you confirm with us, because an exchange withdrawal address may not accept a refund.
- A token or chain ROZO does not support: recovery is not always possible. Check the coverage list before sending.
- Credits already delivered to a merchant: the merchant's own refund policy applies. For example, OpenRouter does not refund credits bought with crypto.
For a large payment, send a small test payment first.
Security and trust
- Audit: Hacken audited ROZO's Stellar (Soroban) bridge contracts in March 2026. The audit does not cover off-chain services such as the relayer or the backend. Read the report. All contracts and audits are listed in the docs.
- How a cross-chain payment works: the payer sends to a one-time deposit address. After the source transaction confirms, ROZO and its liquidity providers deliver the payout on the destination chain. ROZO is the counterparty during that window. It is not an atomic peer-to-peer swap.
- ROZO Wallet is self-custody, secured by Passkey.
Backers and supported merchants
Backers and ecosystem programs: Stellar Community Fund, Base Grants, Circle Alliance Program and Draper Founder Residency.
Supported merchants: ROZO Checkout can pay invoices from services such as OpenRouter and Venice AI. These are services ROZO can pay, not partners or customers of ROZO. The full list is on the ROZO Checkout services page.
